Safety City has been serving Calgary schools for more than 50 years, providing an exciting and interactive field trip to promote pedestrian and street safety to 4-8 year old children (kindergarten to grade 3). The site offers a mini town with real streets, crosswalks, curbs, and traffic safety lights. Children are taught about these features in a classroom setting and then taken outside to experience pedestrian and tricycle use of roads. We hope you'll add this field trip to your 2025 schedule.
