Kickstand

Kickstand is a provincial integrated youth mental health initiative that provides a one-stop-shop for young people ages 11 to 25 years old, both virtually and in-person, to access free mental health and substance use counselling supports, peer support, primary care, Indigenous wellness and other social supports services. We are funded by the Alberta Mental Health and Addictions Ministry and currently have 11 active Kickstand communities across the province.
