Kevin Van Es has a reputation for being passionate in all he does.  He is a progressive physical therapist with 20 years experience in the education sector.  He always brings an enthusiastic neuroscience lens that is said to be contagious.  He completed his MBA to extend his knowledge and skills in facilitating creative problem solving, leading innovation, consulting, and strategic planning.  Mr. Van Es is ambitious to share his experience through independent consulting and private therapy support.  He is an aspiring author, capturing his distinct perspectives and insights in a unique easy to reference format.  
Amidst many achievements, Mr. Van Es was the creator of the incredibly impactful CBE Amazing Race.  This innovative virtual platform, engaging more than 10,000 students per year, stimulated authentic student connection and positive social emotional learning experiences during the turbulent years of Covid.  Mr. Van Es' extracurricular activities include driving his four lovely children between activities, gardening, hiking, and dreaming about training for the Ironman again.  Mr. Van Es and his family were blessed to spend this past summer trekking throughout Thailand and resisted the temptation to stay there!
