Ali Barrett Ede (she/her/hers) is the Manager of Research and Inclusion at the Schulich School of Engineering. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, specializing in social psychology, and is passionate about advancing youth STEM outreach, fostering an inclusive engineering culture, and promoting knowledge engagement and dissemination with the community. Ali has been recognized for her contributions with the University of Calgary Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Award in 2022 and the Schulich Leadership Award in 2023. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Education at the University of Calgary.
