Aime Hutton is not just a survivor; she is a testament to the indomitable spirit of resilience and empowerment. Born three months premature, Aime faced life’s adversities from her very first breath, and she has emerged not only triumphantly but as a beacon of hope for others.

Nestled in the heart of Calgary, Alberta, Aime harnesses her incredible journey to empower LGBTQ2S+ youth as a compassionate coach. Aimed at those aged 11-14, she guides young individuals through their own coming-out journeys, helping them discover their true selves and cultivate the courage to embrace their identities. Aime's mission is to ignite the inner strength within each youth she meets, empowering them to find their authentic voice and trust in their own worth.

As a five-time international best-selling author and compiler, Aime channels her experiences into inspiring writing that resonates with hope and healing. Her words serve as a lifeline to those navigating their own challenges, demonstrating the transformative power of self-acceptance. As a sought-after keynote speaker, she electrifies audiences with her message, “Self Acceptance Is My Super Power,” leaving an indelible mark on schools and youth groups that she addresses. "Pronouns in the Workplace" empowers businesses and their teams to reimagine their approach to inclusivity and communication. This initiative encourages employers to actively reflect on how they interact with their staff, fostering a culture of respect and understanding that values every individual’s identity.

Aime’s impact ripples beyond the youth she mentors; she is also a champion for inclusion in the workplace. Collaborating with businesses, she revolutionizes hiring practices to ensure that the voices of individuals from the disability and 2SLGBTQ+ communities are not just heard but uplifted.

In her commitment to community well-being, Aime sits on the Calgary Police Service's Gender and Sexual Diversity Advisory Board, proudly represents Alberta on the National Network for Mental Health Alliance Board, and is a volunteer facilitator for Calgary Outlink.

When she isn’t changing lives, Aime finds solace in the mountains, enjoying nature’s embrace with her wife. Her journey is a powerful reminder that with courage, love, and support, we can all transform our challenges into stepping stones and create a future where everyone belongs.
