Aleta Ambrose is a Senior Project Manager for Alberta Health Services, specifically within the Calgary Zone Addiction and Mental Health portfolio. She works on a wide range of projects to improve the quality of patient care, improve coordination across systems, and to implement strategic priorities. Since 2017 Aleta has led a multi-sectoral committee involving school representatives, various AHS departments, community-based partners, and researchers in the development and evaluation of the School-based Suicidal Ideation Response Protocol, a set of resources to support schools K to 12 to most appropriately respond to suicidal ideation or behaviour in a school setting.
