Sarah Adomako-Ansah is a teacher from Alberta who is serving as the Museum’s Educator in Residence. She holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta (2013). For eight years, from 2013-2021, she taught in grades three through six at St. Pius X Catholic Elementary School. Sarah is the co-founder of the Black Teacher’s Association of Alberta and strives to amplify all voices in schools. She is passionate about diversity, leadership, representation, and technology. She hopes to bring all those things together in programming for students, teachers, and patrons of the national museum, both virtually and in person.
