Natasha Ruzycki (she/her) is a Calgary (Mohkinstsis) Middle School STEM teacher and co-organizer of the Local 38 Anti-Racist Teachers Network. She is in her eighth year of teaching and as a mixed-raced educator, she brings her passion for equity and inclusion into her everyday teaching. She leads work to highlight the voices of the oppressed in task design and learning with her students, colleagues, and the larger community. Natasha works towards creating more inclusive spaces at schools and loves working with others to help them determine what their role is in anti-racist education. When not dismantling the system, Natasha loves spending time outdoors, especially on the water exploring the beautiful land around her.
