Mary Ann Forbes is a proud Inuk, born and raised in Nunavut and the Northwest Territories. Mary Ann moved to Calgary about 25 years ago to attend University and is happy to call Treaty 7 home. Mary Ann is a Community Learning Advocate with Indigenous Services at the Calgary Public Library and she is happy to provide Indigenous supports and programming. Mary Ann is also happy to share her knowledge and experience about Inuit culture and growing up in the North.
