Laura is an internationally recognized pedagogy and content development expert. She uses these skills to help teachers encourage all students experience success in science classrooms. She was recently a Teacher-in-Residence at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics, working with the outreach team to take exciting, cutting edge discoveries in Physics and make them accessible to students in junior and senior high settings. She believes every student is able to grow in science. Her greatest joy is having eyes light up as a new idea take hold. Laura has been part of the Alberta Teachers' Network of the Perimeter Institute for almost a decade.
