Everyone seems to have strong opinions about how children learn to read and there is currently a lively debate about who is “right”. In this session, literacy consultant, Cheryl Gascoyne, reviews the current debate and highlights certain practices we might need to reconsider or revise. Join us as we look closely at the research and embrace new opportunities for an even stronger literacy program.
