The least exciting thing for the majority of students is learning about the plant and leaf cross section. It was a challenge to get students without that green thumb to buy in. That's where Botanical Battlegrounds comes in. This game was developed, loosely based on some Dungeons and Dragons mechanics, to have students BUILD a plant, but also familiarize themselves with the Root and Shoot system, and other parts of the leaf cross section. Come join the session for a hands on game to rule the forest ground. The game is part of the session, you will be given access to your own game rules and CANVA documents to print off and try yourself!
