Come discover the link between faith and wellness in an inter-religious retreat. Hear, learn, participate and explore. All are welcome. Sessions will be hosted at St Monica Elementary and Junior High School. 

 

On Thursday, participants will have the opportunity to investigate the rituals of the Mass at St. Mary’s Cathedral with a tour and discussion to follow. Thursday afternoon, attendees will listen and learn about the connection between wellness and social teachings from experts in the areas of Buddhism, Islam and Catholicism. 

On Friday, the beauty of nature takes centre stage as participants visit the FCJ Centre for the Stations of the Cross and then participate in a series of activities and quiet contemplations to renew their spirit and connect with their faith. Please register for all sessions.
