Curen & Mendler, this workshop addresses how traditional discipline strategies; stopping problems before they occur; meeting students' basic needs; action & resolution; and, avoiding power struggles. Presentation methods include mini-lecture, discussion, and networking. Activities involve a variety of discovery methods to interpret new situations, to solve problems and to learn new skills.
