In her country of origin, Zorica was a geography teacher, but after moving to Canada in 2005, she started working at Calgary Public Library. During her library career, over eighteen years, Zorica moved through different positions, gaining knowledge and experience about both the delivery and design side of the organization. As a teacher and immigrant, but also passionate about public libraries and helping vulnerable populations, Zorica finds her current position of the Community Learning Advocate for Newcomer Services truly fulfilling.
