Dr. Adriana Klassen is the principal of Westmount Charter School's elementary campus, and formerly worked for 17 years with the Calgary Catholic School District (CCSD) in K-12 schools. Over the years, she has served on numerous ATA and CCSD committees, including CCTCA and ATA CSL. She has presented twice at the ATA Women in Leadership Summit and recently completed her EdD at Western University, focusing her dissertation on fostering collective teacher efficacy. As a woman in leadership, Adriana is committed to implementing positive changes that benefit both staff and students, prioritizing the reduction of work intensification among teachers through the promotion of collective teacher efficacy. Employing a holistic leadership approach, she strives to build positive relationships while fostering a culture of mutual trust and reflective practice. Adriana's dedication to enhancing teacher well-being and effectiveness remains unwavering as she continues her journey in educational leadership.
