Venn diagrams are powerful tools for developing critical thinking skills in the science classroom. They are easily adaptable to any grade/topic, encourage active student engagement and creativity, and allow for differentiation within a task. This session will present examples from high school biology and explore applications in chemistry and physics…all science educators are welcome! After sharing our experiences utilizing Venn diagrams, we will collaborate to create activities tailored to your classroom. Attendees will also gain access to a library of exemplars, ready for adaptation and use.
