It is not surprising that adult women are among the largest growing groups of new ADHD diagnoses; many of these women were overlooked during their schooling. They were quiet daydreamers, not running around or disrupting the class (other than report cards indicating that they preferred to chat with peers than complete their work!). Come and hear the latest research on girls and women with ADHD – and what kind of support these students would benefit from in the classroom. Participants will learn about the symptom presentation in girls and how ADHD impacts individuals throughout the school years and beyond.
