Join us for Democracy Bootcamp 2025, an inspiring day of hands-on workshops and expert insights on Canadian politics that will equip you with powerful tools to teach students the skills of active and informed citizenship.

Sessions will include:

• Panel discussion about challenges facing democracy, including polarization, disinformation and distrust.
• New tools to teach AI literacy and verification skills (new CTRL-F units).
• Preview of resources for the next federal election and strategies to support school-wide engagement (Student Vote).
• Resources to teach about cognitive biases and facilitate discussions about political issues (PoliTalks).
• A new experiential learning game designed to enhance students’ civic deliberation and decision-making competencies through simulated community consultation.
