As the Designer of Professional Learning with the Calgary Regional Consortium, Kim’s goal is to creatively co-design professional learning with Zone 5 school authorities, related to anything literacy and inclusive education. This professional learning will: 
• Build in choice and voice to tap into educator’s learning preference as well as a means of promoting engagement. 
• Use research as the basis for educators to better understand high-yield instructional practices and successfully implement them.
