Alisha Brignall, Home Education Manager at ursa, is an experienced educator with over 11 years of expertise in individualized learning and interdisciplinary educational design. Recognizing early on that her children’s unique needs required more tailored support, she dedicated herself to mastering evidence-based practices for exceptionalities, including dyslexia. Alisha co-founded *Room to Grow*, an award-winning early childhood learning center, and has since contributed extensively to the broader educational community through research, professional development, and family consultations. With a Bachelor of Education and a strong focus on differentiation, she is set to complete her Master’s in Educational Design this year.
