Wanda supports the education community in the areas of k-12 math and numeracy as a Designer of Professional Learning with the Calgary Regional Consortium. Three critical aspects of learning that Wanda embeds into her work include: 
• Increasing student (and teacher) self-confidence in math • Students engaging in visible learning and thinking with their peers 
• The weaving of conceptual understanding, procedural fluency and adaptive reasoning
