Ignite your well-being as an educator with an enriching half-day session that focuses on mental health, guided by the wisdom and energy of horses. Led by Amy Monea and Angie Payne, distinguished horsewomen and experienced counselors specializing in equine-assisted therapy, this transformative session will delve into vital themes such as embracing stillness, reconnecting with oneself, and rediscovering the "why" behind teaching. Through hands-on interactions, discover the profound connection between human and horse. Let the synergy of human and equine connection empower you on your educational journey, as we collectively embark on an exploration of well-being and self-discovery. Please kindly note that participants may be exposed to hay, straw, and animal hair and dander.
