As a former faculty member and current academic chair at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Kristene has spoken nationally and internationally regarding generative artificial intelligence. Kristene has presented on the impact of technology to knowledge workers, led panels on generative artificial intelligence and academic integrity, and hosted workshops for post-secondary faculty on artificial intelligence tools. In addition to work on generative artificial intelligence, Kristene researches organizational change, management education, kindness and business history.
