Lindsay Slade is now in her thirteenth year of teaching with the Calgary Board of Education. Her background in teaching is centred around high school English Language Arts and French as a Second Language. Lindsay has coached the volleyball teams at her designated school for many years. Her experience in playing club level volleyball growing up has led to a passion for the sport. In her leisure time, Lindsay also plays on high level volleyball teams in the Calgary area.
