Dr. Heather Henderson is an educator and facilitator who works with others to achieve their goals. Heather obtained her Ed.D from City University in Seattle, as well as her M.Ed. in Educational Administration and Special Education from the University of British Columbia, and her B.Ed. from the University of Calgary. She has served in a variety of educational leadership positions throughout the three provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. For the last ten years, Heather has worked with City University of Seattle and is currently the Canadian Director of the Educational (M Ed) Leadership program. Heather works with students to be successful in attaining their MEd in Leadership degree and with doctoral students as they complete their dissertations. All these experiences, her education, and her background in executive coaching have given Heather the opportunity to understand leadership, how we need to adapt to a new paradigm, and the value of strong relationships which can be built and maintained while also encouraging others to use their voices.
