Band Directors United continues with our 12th session! "The Chromatic Steps to Success" will focus on 12 small steps (and a couple bigger ones) we can use as educators to "scale" up and build a culture of excellence in our music rooms. Topics will include how we obtain and use feedback from festivals, performances, and students, and include some small steps we can take to represent more indigenous perspective and teachings, as well as cultural diversity into our band rooms. We will share repertoire by playing together and the wonderful "the answer is in the room" moments you have come to enjoy. With over 100 music educators in the same room, magic tends to happen!

Session will occur in the main studio - please bring an instrument and a favourite piece to share.
