Short Bio: He has started, developed and established over 4 investments funds and 6 companies in the last 15 years, including the first international “Green Fund” in Latin America (2012 - Altshuler Shaham Green Fund | from Tel-Aviv Israel)

Luciano was chosen by The Entrepreneur Magazine 2013  as one of the most influential political consultants and strategists for South America. He handled several bilateral agreements between different Governments (Countries) and institutions, such as the Vatican, the Governament of Brazil, Germany, and companies as: Axa, Nestle, Hyundai, Jac Motors and FIFA (World Soccer Federation) as well as as the governmental relations between FIFA and Brazil for the 2014 World Cup. 

As a consultant he has brought several international blue-chip companies to be established in foreign territory generating thousands of jobs in many different countries. Recently the NYT Best Seller author Erwin Mcmanus published in 1 chapter of his latest book “The Last Arrow”  Luciano’s story of overcoming his childhood. He recounts his trajectory as a self-made-man.

Today Luciano owns Ace Prime, a cigar manufacturing company and tobacco farms in Nicaragua and Ecuador.
