Mike Burnham has held various leadership roles in technology, finance, management and consulting. In 2001, he founded Panatrack, a software firm specializing in systems to track inventory and assets through the use of barcoding and RFID data-capture technologies. He currently continues to serve Panatrack as its CEO. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology. 

Mr. Burnham's volunteer professional activities have included serving as President and board-member of eInnovate, an organization for technology professionals in south-eastern Wisconsin focused on economic and technology development. Later, he went on to co-found ITAWi (Information Technology Association of Wisconsin). He has also served as a Co-Chair of the University of Wisconsin E-Business Consortium's RFID Workgroup.

Fraternally, Mr. Burnham has served in several board, trustee, and committee positions in the Blue Lodge and the Scottish Rite NMJ. He is passionate about Masonry, believing it offers the world an example of setting aside trivial differences in pursuit of a common good. He current serves as Membership Chairman for the Grand Lodge of Wisconsin. 

He is happily married to his wife, Pam. They have four children and two grandsons.
