Conference of Grand Master’s Saturday Night Welcome Dinner
Saturday night’s welcome dinner will consist of a duo entrée of Grilled Flat Iron Steak and Pomegranate Glazed Steelhead Salmon with carrot ginger puree, crushed purple potatoes, roasted winter vegetables in a vermouth sauce. Dessert will be either a Black and white Chocolate Mouse with toasted hazelnut and fresh raspberries or a Bruleed Champagne Sabayon. The evening will be completed with a performance by the Adam Creighton Band playing tunes from the distant and not so distant past.
