Dimiter Mandradjiev is born in Sofia city, Bulgaria in 1986 and a month later he moved to sunny Cairo, Egypt for 3 years. His primary education was in the Baghdad International School under UN guidance in Baghdad, Iraq. He graduated the prestigious 35-th language high-school "Dobri Voinikov" in Sofia, Bulgaria. He has an excellent bachelor degree in International relations program from New Bulgarian University in Sofia. His bachelor dissertation is a successful one with a thesis on the topic "Tendencies in the politics of the Arab States Towards the European Union" with a dissertation committee supervisor Mr. Dimitar Tzanchev and recension review by Dr. Mira Mayer. During his second and third years of studies he was awarded with scholarships for excellent grades. Later he also successfully graduates the Master program "International Business" at the same university with an excellent master degree. His MA thesis is on the topic "The Role of the United Nations Organisation in the Process of Regulating the International Economic Relations" with committee supervisor docent Stefan Stefanov and recension review by as. Irena Nikolova.

In 1999 Dimiter Mandradjiev started to work upon youth activities. Most of the projects concern patriotism, education, nature and humanity. Later he founded SVETU LTD. In 2005 Dimiter Mandradjiev received a gratitude letter from the President of the Republic of Bulgaria for the efforts made in developing and accomplishing initiatives and campaigns with patriotic meanings and aims. In the same year he received a support letter from the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria for the establishment of a new patriotic movement, which was formed in the beginning of 2005. In the concurring years he continues to receive greetings and congratulations on various initiatives, projects and products that he has creates and develops. Regularly gives finances, material commodities and time for charity causes and ideas.

Has command of English language, uses Russian and German, has studied Arabic. A professional English language translator. Assessor of civil society projects funded by EU institutions.

He is a Master Mason in the Ehnaton Lodge 043, part of the GL AF&AM in Bulgaria and has been a RW Grand Secretary and is now a RW Grand Secretary for International Affairs and RW Grand Secretary for Public Relations.
