Robert C. Strader (Bob) was born in 1955 and grew up on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio, outside a small city named Oberlin. He met his lovely better half, Barbara, on a blind date while living on the east side of Cleveland and married her in 1985. Today, they live with their two cats, in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
Bob received a BSCIS (Computer and Information Science) in 1977 from the College of Engineering at Ohio State University and a MCIS from Cleveland State University in 1984. Bob has worked in a variety of Engineering, Marketing, Program Management, Strategic Planning and Business Development roles. For 10 years, Bob coordinated Strategic Planning activities at Rockwell Automation, a $5B leader in the global Factory Automation industry.
Bob was raised a Master Mason in Freemasons Lodge #363 on March 25, 1997, located in Milwaukee. He became the Worshipful Master of Freemasons Lodge #363 in 2005 and Lafayette Lodge #265 in 2017. He belongs to the Milwaukee Valley of the Scottish Rite was honored to be coroneted with the 33rd degree in 2013. Bob belongs to Tripoli Shrine in Milwaukee and served as Potentate in 2013. Bob became involved in Grand Lodge in 2005 and currently serves as the Grand Master of Masons in Wisconsin.
Bob strongly believes in teaming and planning and using his experiences from his work, his experiences from involvement with the Masonic youth groups, York Rite, and leadership positions in the Blue Lodges, Scottish Rite, Shrine and Grand Lodge to improve the Masonic experience.
