MW Dickie McKinney

Brother Dickie McKinney was born October 24, 1950, in Smith County, Tennessee, the son of Marion Eddith and Thayer Wilson McKinney.  He graduated from Gordonsville High School.  He retired as a member of Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Local #572 after 34 years and is now taking care of the farm where he raises beef cattle. 

            Brother McKinney was married to Phyllis Marie Winfree on February 14, 1970, and they have two sons, Dennis (and fiancé Tracy Robinson), Christopher (and wife Nikki), and two grandchildren, Darien Johns (husband Kasey) and Levi, and great grandson Kayden.  He is an active member of New Middleton United Methodist Church.

            He was raised a Master Mason in New Middleton Lodge #249 on June 22, 1993, where he served as Worshipful Master in 1996, 1998, and 2001.  He is also a plural member with Caldwell Lodge #273.

            Dickie was elected Junior Grand Warden March 26, 2015 and advanced each year being elected Most Worshipful Grand Master on March 29, 2018.
