Ronald A. Seale, 33°, was installed as Sovereign Grand Commander of the Supreme Council, Southern Jurisdiction, on October 7, 2003. Ill. Seale's service on the Supreme Council began with his appointment as Deputy in Louisiana in1994 and then election as Sovereign Grand Inspector General in Louisiana in 1995.

Grand Commander Seale and his wife, Saundra, now reside in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.
