On a remote and hostile island filled with unexpected vitreous, dislocated lenses, weak zonules and wild untamed iris, six castaway surgeons must battle for survival. Who will prevail?

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the end of this symposium, participants will be able to:

  • Critically appraise the advantages and limitations of using femtosecond laser in cataract surgery
  • Evaluate the opportunities and challenges in using multifocal intraocular lenses in cataract surgery
  • Integrate experts’ surgical pearls for cataract surgery in their own practice
