At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

1. Recognize the six risk factors for musculoskeletal injury in the ophthalmic workplace.
2. Demonstrate ideal positioning at the operating microscope and slit lamp microscope.
3. Describe the role of ‘microbreaks’ and exercise in injury prevention.
