Riverside Natural Foods was founded by three siblings, Nima, Salma and Sahba Fotovat in 2013. From 2013 to today, our reason for being and our Purpose, is “To inspire a healthier and more compassionate world, where access to good food becomes a reality for all”. As a triple bottom line company, valuing People, Planet, and Profit allows us to boldly and courageously pursue our purpose.

Riverside is a better-for-you snack manufacturer and advocate of organically produced foods. At Riverside, we are proudly the home of MadeGood, a cherished Canadian and family-owned brand that offers organic, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-safe snacks for schools. A few years after launching MadeGood, we introduced GOOD TO GO, a line of soft baked bars crafted with almond flour and organic chocolate chips, boasting attributes such as certified vegan, grain-free, peanut-free, and non-GMO.

At Riverside, we self-manufacture our snacks across four state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, located in the Greater Toronto Area (Ontario, Canada). Riverside’s impact extends beyond our Canadian roots, employing nearly 700 talented individuals globally, distributing our products not only across Canada, but also in the United States and Europe. As the demand for nutritious, delicious, and inclusive snacks grows, so do we!
