Formal Opening Session

The Ladies tour will start boarding buses at 10:15 am for The Tamaskilit Cultural Center –departing from the hotel at 10:30 a.m. We will load the bus from the Cultural Center to eat lunch at Hamley’s that includes a BBQ Buffet and assorted Desserts. We will conclude with a bus ride back to the Wildhorse Casino by 3:00pm. 

The Fellowship Banquet will begin with a social hour at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m.  The Banquet theme will be "Western Night - On the Oregon Trail".  Attire for the Banquet will be Casual (Denim acceptable but No Shorts).
