BSc in Soil Science (honours) from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland
PhD in Water and Land Resources from the University of Alberta
Has been an instructor for over two decades, with a focus on soils, water, statistics and chemistry
Has taught at the University of Alberta, University of Lethbridge and Lethbridge College
Recipient of five teaching awards; two from the U of A, two from Lethbridge College, and one from the Canadian Association of Diploma in Agriculture Programs
Has been at Lethbridge College since 2002 and has held the position of Chair of Agriculture, Interim Dean for the Centre of Applied Arts and Sciences and is currently Chair of Engineering Technologies
Hobbies are hiking, mountain biking, reading, and playing with the grandkids
