In addition to EllisDon, Patrick also participates as board member for BuildingSMART Canada and Member of the CSA Joint Technical Committee for the Organization and Digitization of Information for the Built environment. With a deep understanding of BIM, including discipline-specific models, federated design and construction models, Patrick has successfully executed BIM methodologies across a wide range of collaborative project delivery methods. From Design-Build to Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Construction Management projects. By leveraging BIM's capabilities, he understands how it complements all design and construction projects, enhancing project management through improved data exchange and collaboration among stakeholders. He recognizes the value of jointly-owned information, establishing a central information repository that empowers all team members involved. With this extensive experience, Patrick brings a unique perspective to the AEC industry, blending technical expertise with a keen understanding of project management and stakeholder collaboration.
