Provide knowledge sharing and skills building on topics related to open data, open government and the open digital community.

Facilitate open dialogue and collaboration among all stakeholders that have an interest in the open digital community.

Organize and deliver programs, including an annual signature conference, workshops and other events as part of providing knowledge sharing, skills building and open community dialogue.
