Mr. Gregory Burt is a certified Integral Master Coach™ and a member of the International Coaching Federation, specializing in developmental and leadership coaching. With a deep passion for supporting, developing, and empowering individuals, Gregory is dedicated to helping others identify and connect with their unique sense of purpose, unlocking their full potential.

Throughout his distinguished career, Gregory has held leadership roles, mentoring individuals to take ownership of their lives and careers. Drawing on over thirty-five years of international operational experience and executive-level leadership, he has served in positions such as Chief of Staff of Land Forces Quebec Area, Director-General of Partnerships and Emerging Issues, Director-General of Intelligence Capabilities, and Commander of the Canadian Forces Intelligence Group. This extensive experience, combined with the Integral Coaching® Method, enables Gregory to help people become leaders within their own spheres of influence, regardless of size. He is particularly passionate about working with individuals who are deeply committed to leadership and are ready to embrace personal growth and overcome their limitations.

Fluent in both English and French, Gregory holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Sherbrooke, a Master of Arts in Defense Studies from King’s College London, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the École Nationale d'Administration Publique de Québec.

In addition to his coaching certifications, Gregory is certified as an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner, Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner.

Gregory's exceptional contributions have been recognized with the Order of Military Merit (OMM) in 2004 and the Meritorious Service Medal (MSM) in 2009.
