Mr. Alain Gauthier is a certified Integral Master Coach™ and a member of the International Coaching Federation, specializing in developmental and leadership coaching. With a deep commitment to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential, Alain combines his people-oriented approach, compassion, and natural curiosity to guide clients toward success.

Alain’s extensive experience spans multiple high-level leadership roles, including Director-General of the Canadian Forces Grievance Authority, Director-General of Operations for the CAF Ombudsman Office, Director-General of Conflict and Complaint Resolution, Chief of Operations for the Canadian Expeditionary Forces Command, and Executive Officer for the Vice Chief of the Defense Staff (VCDS) Office. Since 2012, he has also been mentoring and coaching public sector executives through the APEX program, while serving as a trusted advisor, mentor, and executive coach to industry leaders.

Alain holds a Bachelor of Administration degree, a Master of Defense Studies from the Royal Military College, and a Certificate in Conflict Management and Mediation from the University of Windsor. A lifelong learner, he is dedicated to sharing knowledge to drive positive change within complex organizations. His passion for personal and organizational growth led him to earn certifications as a Workplace Fairness Analyst, an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, and an Executive Coach. Alain firmly believes that individuals and teams who are willing to challenge themselves and grow can achieve success and improve their efficiency across all areas of life.

Throughout his career, Alain has been recognized with numerous prestigious honors, including the Meritorious Service Cross, two Chief of the Defense Staff Commendations, and a Governor General Unit Commendation.
