As a seasoned executive and contracting specialist, Mr. Terry Aucoin is an enthused advocate for small and medium-sized companies with focus on the independent consultant community.
He provides clients C-level advice on people, contracting, strategy, execution, and money. Currently serving as ONPAR’s chief executive officer and as a GoGeomatics contracting advisor. Mr. Aucoin sits on the board for Local Staffing, ONPAR Solutions, The Odyssey Consulting Institute and Pegasus Emergency Logistics.
Terry has spent the last 15 years honing his capabilities in Canada’s staffing and consulting industries.
As a principal consultant, Terry has worked in the senior management bracket of four national & international level staffing and consulting firms. This includes leading security, intelligence & emergency management practices, controlling day-to-day activities and acting as the main point of contact between the firm and clients.
His experience, education and training over the past 15 years has involved working with international policing organizations, academic institutions, the five eyes community, all levels of military & government, along with multi-national organizations. Areas of specialty include; contracting, procurement, requirements definition; sourcing; program development; expediting technology into operations & crisis communications.
