Innovation 7

Innovation Seven (i7) is a 100% Indigenous-owned consulting firm based on the traditional territory of the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan First Nation in Ontario, Canada. Combining a rich Indigenous culture with modern innovation, i7 offers comprehensive Building Information Modelling (BIM) services across all phases of the digital Building Lifecycle. The company emphasizes the use of open standards and ISO-19650 processes, ensuring seamless project delivery with efficient workflows, improved collaboration, and minimized risks.

Their partnership with FabLab and committment to training First Nations youth into the BIM space stems from a deep commitment finding innovative ways of supporting Indigenous peoples for the global work environment and prosperity in Canada and at the same time help their partners reach their Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) objectives.

In addition to their BIM expertise, Innovation Seven provides strategic advisory services in infrastructure, housing, Indigenous engagement, and cultural awareness training. The firm serves as a bridge between Indigenous communities, governments, and the private sector, promoting long-term, culturally respectful partnerships. Guided by the Anishinaabe Seven Grandfather Teachings, i7 is committed to solutions that consider environmental and cultural sustainability for future generations.
