Founded in 2004, XEOS Imagerie Inc. originally specialized in digital aerial photography of strategic corridors such as pipelines, power line networks and roads.

Between 2015 and 2024, XEOS Imaging Inc. advanced with increasingly powerful LiDAR systems, including the 4.4 MHz Riegl VQ-1460 LiDAR, a first in North America.

Innovation in artificial intelligence enables XEOS Imaging Inc. to create data of unrivalled quality on the market. In 2018, XEOS Imaging Inc. initiates the development of artificial intelligence tools to process 3D LiDAR point clouds, subsequently filing patents in Canada, the United States, Europe and Australia. XEOS Imaging Inc. thus becomes the first company in the world to achieve precision automated AI mapping from LiDAR point clouds.
