Andrew Walther is a Professional Engineer and has been providing services relating to infrastructure workflows, standards, training and support (Autodesk Civil 3D) for almost 30 years. Andrew founded MMCD IDS in 2009 as a Provincial CAD Standards initiative and chairs MMCD's Asset Management Committee to support the efforts. Andrew has been working with BC Ministry of Transportation since 2016 as a senior consultant leading the implementation of Autodesk Civil 3D to geomatics, design and construction workflows.
