Growing up on a farm fostered a solid work ethic in Sam. Since the age of 14 he’s worked in a huge range of industries from hospitality, commercial fishing research, staged events and music production, films, construction, engineering, and infrastructure. After studying design, engineering, and building science at university, Sam developed a career in Project Management for an international engineering consultancy; quickly learning the leadership and communication skills that would help him start and sell two small businesses before founding Reveal in 2012.

Sam has a special talent for combining a detailed understanding of hard problems in the real world with a visionary understanding of technology and the art of the possible; generating solutions that work and are impactful for customers. Sam has deep care for his team and is passionate about the culture of the teams he leads.
