His extensive career is highlighted by his pivotal role in digital transformation, where he developed new BIM service lines focusing on ingenious participation plans.

At Algonquin College, Spry shares his wealth of knowledge as a part-time professor, further extending his expertise to developing Revit training programs for the First People's Innovation Center (FabLab Onaki) and creating mentor programs for Indigenous Revit modelers.
