Claude develops large-scale infrastructure management programs based on geospatial technologies applied to fields such as cable, telecommunications and power distribution. At Effigis, Claude leads the Geospatial & Asset Management division, where he develops the growth strategy for the Canadian market, including for our British Columbia office. He is also responsible for the company's ISO 9001 system. In 2016, he was awarded the Gaia Prize from the Canadian Institute of Geomatics in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the field of geomatics in Quebec. Claude is a member of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec and director, Quebec Region, of Professional Surveyors Canada.
